Yes. The weighted hands drape over the edge and hold him there. Most gutters, roof edges, fences and railings work. In storms or strong wind, bring him in.
02Where can I hang it?
Roof gutter, garage roof edge, balcony or porch railing, fence top, even a tree branch. Anywhere with an edge the hands can drape over.
03Can I use it next year?
Yes. After Christmas, fold him flat and store him in a box until next season.
